南京大学海岸与海岛开发教育部重点实验室博士后招聘启事

南京大学海岸与海岛开发教育部重点实验室因科研工作需要,拟招聘海洋沉积动力学、海洋地质学、物理海洋学方向博士后2名。  
一、工作内容
参与以下课题组研究工作之一(包括野外观测、合作研究、撰写发表高水平论文)
1. 河口海岸、陆架沉积物输运、地貌演化与沉积层序模型的开发;  
2. 海洋近底部边界层观测、物理海洋过程、湍流观测与分析。  
二、招聘条件
1. 具有海洋地质学、物理海洋学等相关方向博士学位。  
2. 有良好的科研背景、较强的动手能力、高质量的学术论文(以第一作者发表3篇及以上SCI论文),模型分析、数值计算能力较强者优先。  
三、待遇情况
1. 工资福利待遇按南京大学博士后有关规定执行,年薪18-25万人民币,根据申请者具体情况,与导师协商确定;根据工作成绩,提供课题绩效津贴;按照学校规定,享受学校提供的其他福利。  
2. 课题组提供良好办公条件、课题支撑(NSFC项目)以及国际学术交流机会,并协助申请国家、地方部门科研项目。  
3. 工作时间:2年。

Postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Coasts and Islands Development, Nanjing University, China   
Two  postdoctoral positions are available at the Laboratory of Coasts and  Islands Development, School of Geographic and Oceanographic Sciences,  Nanjing University. The successful applicants are expected to work on 1)  the modeling of sediment transport, geomorphology and depositional  sequence in the estuarine coasts and continental shelves, and/or 2) the  observations and analyses of turbulence close to the ocean bottom  boundary layer. Highly motivated applicants must have a PhD degree,  together with a strong research experience in marine geology and/or  physical oceanography. Applicants with experience in numerical  simulation and modeling skills, and/or in scientific accomplishments are  preferred.
The  salary of these postdoc positions meets the Post-Doc Labor Standards of  Nanjing University with a basic annual salary between RMB  180,000-250,000, as well as the bonus provided by both the university  and the lab depending on the performance. The lab will also offer a good  platform to support the application for new research programs and  scientific communications (international conference and academic visits)  will be encouraged. Please note that this is a 2-year full time  occupation.
